Job overview

The Surface Mount Technology Operator I position is onsite in Milpitas, CA, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. Fralock develops and manufactures engineered components and subassemblies for technically demanding applications across several industries. The operator sets up and runs surface-mount technology equipment and follows production priorities and specifications. The role supports accurate, quality-focused manufacturing of flexible printed circuit assemblies and other products.

What you'll do

• Set up printers and SMT feeders and operate machines
• identify electronic component part numbers and values
• follow production priorities
• read bills of materials, setup lists, assembly drawings, and material audit lists
• monitor work quality and compliance with specifications
• report production status changes
• follow company and departmental procedures.
