What you'll do

• Produce, package, and inspect candy products to established standards
• prepare ingredients, packaging materials, supplies, and equipment
• maintain inventory counts and record lot numbers, date codes, and product information
• check weights, bags, labels, date codes, and packaging
• monitor metal detectors and report issues
• perform product changes, allergen washes, and sanitation
• maintain clean production areas
• follow GMP, food safety, allergen-control, sanitation, and safety procedures
• move and stage products and pallets
• work overtime as required.
