What you'll do

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies
• identify commercial prospects including property managers, developers, HOAs, municipalities, and educational institutions
• research market trends and customer needs
• prepare proposals and presentations
• track sales activity in CRM
• build client relationships and serve as the primary territory contact
• conduct client meetings and site visits
• prospect through networking, calls, referrals, and industry events
• collaborate with marketing, operations, estimating, and account management
• forecast revenue, manage the territory sales budget, and align pricing with profitability goals.
