What you'll do

• Assist individuals with daily tasks while fostering independence
• assess vocational, social, communication, and independent living skills
• support personal goals and self-advocacy
• identify modifications for volunteer or employment activities
• prepare shift summaries and weekly schedules
• implement curriculum and one-on-one learning experiences
• maintain progress data and participate in assessments and planning
• report concerns to supervisors.
