What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork
• install equipment and replace aging systems
• respond to emergency calls in the on-call rotation
• document work and track inventory
• coordinate with property managers and tenants
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
