What you'll do

• Provide immediate support and direct care in short-term crisis stabilization and residential settings
• complete intake assessments, safety evaluations, and stabilization plans
• monitor well-being and maintain a therapeutic environment
• answer crisis calls and provide intervention
• develop safety plans and connect people with resources
• respond through mobile crisis services
• collaborate with community partners when appropriate
• document services accurately and confidentially.
