What you'll do

• Lead onsite operations and manage performance, safety, and profitability for assigned customer sites
• supervise and develop fleet managers, dispatch managers, and support staff
• serve as primary onsite customer contact
• lead rate discussions and business reviews
• manage site budgets and cost drivers
• monitor operational and financial metrics and implement corrective actions
• coordinate with planning, maintenance, and safety teams
• implement process improvements
• travel may be required, limited to Ohio for driver visits.
