Billing & Audit Representative

What you'll do

• Manage transportation accessorial charges
• review, validate, and approve invoices and billing requests
• resolve discrepancies and disputes
• monitor spending and report trends and KPIs
• conduct root-cause analyses
• provide cost-containment recommendations
• coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• maintain supporting records and assist with audits.
