Ink Technician — First Shift, Monday–Friday

Ink Technician is an onsite role in Goddard, KS, with pay of $15 to $18 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role supports production at Universal Products. The technician develops color formulas and mixes solvent and ultraviolet inks for production, including standard and special-match colors. Accurate mixing, color measurement, inventory, and equipment upkeep help operators meet work-order requirements.

What you'll do

• Mix ink according to work orders
• use the Gretag Macbeth color system to match and read colors and obtain DE levels
• maintain ink inventory and order as needed
• set viscosity for each formula
• maintain mixers and spectrophotometer
• keep the work area clean and organized.
