Guest Services Supervisor

What you'll do

• review work and service quality
• assist with audits and corrective actions
• oversee cash deposits and currency levels
• support player loyalty and marketing programs
• maintain player database information
• resolve guest issues
• ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and company procedures
• report monetary or procedural discrepancies.
