FLEX Security Officer – Paterson / Haledon

The FLEX Security Officer role is onsite in Haledon, NJ, serving Paterson and Haledon locations. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. The officer supports Arrow Security’s client locations by protecting people and property and following company protocols. The officer monitors assigned posts and perimeters, observes and reports incidents, responds to alerts, and escalates situations when needed. The role contributes to client safety through vigilance, professional communication, and coordination with security staff and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite watch and protection at assigned posts and perimeters
• observe, report, and support client expectations
• report breaches
• evaluate and respond to alerts according to protocol
• notify supervisors when escalation is needed
• assist fellow guards with de-escalation when applicable
• follow fire-prevention, patrol, and incident-reporting procedures
• use the scheduling platform for shift clock-ins and clock-outs.
