The Bilingual Enrollment Specialist – Floater role is an onsite, temporary seasonal position in Austin, TX, paying $20 per hour. The position works from Prosper South or Prosper North offices based on staffing needs. Prosper Centers’ mission is to expand access and opportunity through expertise, support, and resources. The role helps community members enroll in affordable health insurance through the federal Marketplace and may also support the Health Coverage client support team. It provides in-person and phone assistance, explains coverage and plan options, protects confidential information, and completes required training and certification.

What you'll do

• Assist clients in person and by phone
• help clients enroll in Marketplace coverage and available assistance programs
• explain applications, coverage terminology, and plan options
• use Healthcare.gov, REDCap, RingCentral, email, and other systems
• complete paid training and CMS Certified Application Counselor certification
• protect client information under HIPAA policies
• cover Prosper North and South offices as needed
• may answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide general client support.
