The role helps maintain safe, functional property operations and positive guest and team-member relations.

What you'll do

• Oversee environmental services and facility maintenance for casino and hotel buildings and grounds, and manage construction and expansion projects. Develop and manage departmental budgets and capital projects
• maintain electrical and mechanical operations
• oversee upgrades, renovations, preventive maintenance, inventory, and work-order systems. Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, state, federal, OSHA, building, and gaming requirements. Hire, coach, train, and develop facilities and EVS team members
• support safety, energy management, vendor relationships, and fire/life-safety readiness.

Why this role

Requires five or more years in a comparable leadership position and experience in building maintenance and construction project management. OSHA 30-hour certification is required within 90 days; CFM or FMP is preferred. Later hours, weekends, or holidays may be required for project deadlines.
