What you'll do

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
• e-file documents in state and federal courts
• communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and others
• prepare trial binders and exhibits
• calendar hearings and deadlines
• organize case files and logistics
• schedule court dates, appointments, and meetings
• open litigation files
• maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• gather and organize evidence and records
• monitor requested documents
• prepare deposition and trial notebooks
• manage medical bill reductions
• assist with post-settlement requirements
• document communications in the case-management system.
