What you'll do

• Lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
• review complex federal, state, and local business and individual tax returns
• advise clients and maintain executive relationships
• manage engagement plans, staffing, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and profitability
• support business development and proposals
• supervise, coach, train, and mentor tax professionals
• stay current on tax law and professional standards.
