The Staff Product Manager, Data Protection role is hybrid in San Jose, California, with three days onsite. Base salary is $164,000–$205,000 per year, excluding any applicable commission, bonus, or equity. The role supports Product Management and Zscaler’s Data Security capabilities. The role owns the lifecycle of Data Security products, including Web DLP and Email DLP. It translates market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements, coordinates cross-functional delivery, and supports deployment, sales enablement, and go-to-market plans to drive adoption.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for Data Security products, including Web DLP and Email DLP
• define and prioritize requirements using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback
• partner with Engineering, UX, Support, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• support deployment and sales enablement
• execute go-to-market plans to support adoption and product success.
