The role is responsible for securing and protecting civil aviation spectrum resources to ensure interference-free operation of communication, navigation, and surveillance systems. The engineer will perform frequency assignment actions and compatibility analyses to maintain the integrity of the National Airspace System.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute frequency assignment actions
• perform radio-frequency compatibility analyses
• conduct RF propagation, link-budget, and interference analyses
• validate technical data for accuracy
• collaborate with federal and contractor engineers to resolve technical issues.
