What you'll do

• Own the operating model and multi-year roadmap for biomarker programs
• establish SOPs and quality frameworks for sample collection, chain of custody, storage, and tracking
• manage external lab, logistics, and vendor relationships
• advise leadership on expansion and lab strategy
• define and monitor operational KPIs
• own regulatory readiness and corrective action plans
• identify and address operational risks
• scale programs across current and new sites
• lead services coordinators as volume grows.
