What you'll do

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• perform basic plumbing and electrical work and minor repairs
• install appliances and fixtures
• replace lighting
• remove grounds debris
• clean pools and check and adjust pool chemicals
• inspect property conditions and report unusual circumstances
• assist with tool and supply inventory.
