What you'll do

• Process and accurately record check, credit card, and ACH payments
• process charge account applications and verify required documentation
• monitor the AR email inbox and respond to customer inquiries
• answer calls on the AR direct phone line
• retrieve invoice copies
• generate and email monthly statements
• process incoming mail
• support special projects and maintain accurate, organized records.
