What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans
• conduct hazard analyses and monitor critical control points
• oversee monitoring, corrective actions, and verification
• collaborate on quality specifications and programs
• conduct tests and analyze results
• maintain environmental monitoring and incoming-material records
• ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
• develop and deliver food safety and quality training
• conduct audits and shelf-life testing
• oversee lab employees and janitorial services
• manage sanitation schedules
• perform mock recalls and investigate food safety incidents
• prepare for annual FSQA audits.
