What you'll do

• Provide hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transportation support under nursing supervision and the written plan of care
• manage caseload and complete clinical notes
• maintain a clean and healthy environment
• assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation activities
• monitor and report relevant patient information to nurses.
