Retreat Co-Facilitator

The Retreat Co-Facilitator role is onsite at Rooted Oaks Ranch in Magnolia, TX, and pays $40–$60 per hour. The role supports retreats and workshops alongside the Retreat Director, clinicians, and fellow co-facilitators. The co-facilitator helps deliver the Rooted Oaks curriculum and create a welcoming, emotionally safe group experience. Through guided activities, reflection, discussion, and coordination with the team, the role supports guests throughout retreats, workshops, and day programs.

What you'll do

• Co-lead retreats, workshops, and day programs using the established curriculum
• establish group agreements and help guests feel welcome
• guide experiential activities, reflection, group discussion, and time on the land
• coordinate with co-facilitators, support staff, wellness practitioners, and clinicians
• alert the on-site clinician or retreat lead when a guest may need additional support
• review materials, schedules, and guest information
• assist with setup, transitions, closing, and post-program notes.
