The role develops technically sound, compliant solution designs and persuasive proposal content by connecting engineering, capture, and proposal development. It contributes to competitive federal bids through requirements analysis, collaboration with pursuit teams, technical reviews, and reusable solution frameworks and assets.

What you'll do

• Lead technical solution development for proposals, including architectures, implementation strategies, and narratives
• analyze solicitation requirements and design compliant solutions
• collaborate with capture managers, business development teams, subject matter experts, and program leaders
• develop technical proposal sections, diagrams, staffing approaches, methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies
• research technologies, industry practices, and agency priorities
• participate in color team reviews and proposal strategy meetings
• present technical concepts
• ensure content accuracy and alignment with win themes
• support reusable frameworks, templates, and proposal assets.
