Server Assistant

What you'll do

• Clear, clean, and reset tables
• assist with water and bread service and deliver condiments or other guest needs
• maintain dining room, service stations, and floors
• stock, polish, and reset silverware and glassware
• coordinate with hosts and servers on table turns and guest flow
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
