Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Camp Hill, PA. Pay is $65,000–$85,000 per year. The position supports SERVPRO Team Wall’s construction services and its goal of helping customers recover from fire and water damage. The project manager oversees construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinating customers, clients, subcontractors, and internal staff. The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, site activity, documentation, and team performance to deliver quality service and complete projects successfully.

What you'll do

• Manage customer experience and warranty activities
• define and document project scope
• communicate with customers and clients
• review estimates and identify change orders or upsell opportunities
• obtain agreement on scope and estimates and ensure permits are acquired
• review budgets and create subcontractor work orders
• develop schedules and timelines
• qualify subcontractors and review estimates
• coordinate inspections
• conduct site visits
• document project activity and progress
• complete final walkthroughs and closeout paperwork
• manage and train the Construction Services team
• approve biweekly payroll and complete performance reviews.
