What you'll do

• Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and improve materials, formulations, and processes
• assist with experimental methods and laboratory apparatus
• analyze results and identify trends or issues
• maintain accurate experiment records
• communicate findings and recommendations
• support intellectual property development and protection
• assist with scale-up activities and troubleshooting
• prepare samples, perform testing, maintain equipment, and follow laboratory safety procedures.
