• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily financial entries, and reconciliations
• process and code invoices
• reconcile vendor statements
• manage job-cost accounting, financial statements, taxes, audits, month-end close, banking, and accounts receivable
• coordinate pay applications with project managers
• maintain vendor and subcontractor compliance documentation
• provide accounting support to estimating, project management, and field teams.
