What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, residents, and family members
• provide information about facility services, visiting hours, and policies
• answer and direct calls and take messages
• manage visitor sign-in and sign-out
• receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• respond to emergencies by contacting services or notifying staff
• coordinate information with facility staff
• maintain an organized reception area
• handle difficult visitor interactions professionally
• follow facility policies and safety guidelines
• assist with orientation to receptionist procedures.
