What you'll do

• Coordinate entry documentation with external brokers
• review invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents for accuracy
• communicate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
• resolve clearance delays and escalate issues
• coordinate in-bond and related shipment matters
• support high-volume shipments and special accounts
• monitor aging shipments and follow up to ensure timely clearance.
