The Medication Technician / Aide (MNA) role is onsite in Concord, NH. Compensation is not specified. Pleasant View Center is hiring an MNA to support residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, unless state law allows otherwise. The role administers routine medications, monitors residents for adverse reactions or changes in condition, and records medication administration. It also supports medication safety and responds to resident requests and other assigned direct-care needs.

What you'll do

• Deliver routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications
• observe and report adverse reactions
• record medication administration
• follow medication instructions
• monitor and document changes in residents’ conditions
• take vital signs, calculate medication doses, stock medication carts, and remove discontinued medications
• follow safe handling and storage practices.
