The Manufacturing Facility Maintenance Technician III role is onsite in Clinton, MA. Pay is $30–$40 per hour. Vitesse Systems designs and manufactures mission-critical antenna and thermal-management solutions for defense and other applications. The technician maintains plant equipment and facilities to support safe, reliable operations. The role performs routine and preventive maintenance, minor repairs, facility monitoring, and production-support tasks while following established procedures and quality policies.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor machinery repairs
• install, inspect, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• assist contractors with projects and complex repairs
• monitor heating, cooling, and lighting
• support groundskeeping and snow removal as needed
• maintain CNC coolant
• coordinate scrap and waste handling
• operate a forklift and move stock or equipment when needed
• follow quality policies and procedures.
