What you'll do

• Measure, cut, and install baseboards, door and window casings, and moldings
• ensure tight joints, smooth transitions, and proper alignment
• use hand and power tools to secure trim
• fill, sand, and finish nail holes and seams
• inspect installations and repair or replace damaged or misaligned trim
• maintain clean and safe tools and work areas
• follow safety procedures and coordinate with supervisors and other trades.
