What you'll do

• Support a team-oriented environment
• address customer concerns and complete incident reporting
• monitor and adjust equipment, wash package functions, and tunnel performance
• uphold company policies and safety protocols
• explain wash products and membership plans
• assist with membership account updates
• oversee opening and closing procedures
• identify wash quality issues
• communicate improvement opportunities to management
• administer customer feedback surveys.
