The role coordinates with families, staff, and service entities, evaluates outcomes, and supports effective implementation of behavioral interventions.

What you'll do

• Participate in intake, case management, staff selection, orientation, training, and clinical supervision
• provide assessment, program design, monitoring, and supervision
• develop treatment plans
• supervise staff and provide clinical feedback
• review and revise plans for regulatory compliance
• review clinical notes and client progress
• conduct intakes
• coordinate family resources
• develop crisis plans
• monitor billing accuracy
• collaborate with mobile therapists and behavioral health technicians
• travel to client locations.
