Weekend Warehouse Lead

The Weekend Warehouse Lead role is onsite in Durham, NC, with a Friday–Sunday schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pay is $22.00–$25.30 per hour. The position supports warehouse activities connected to production in an RMA manufacturing environment. The lead directs and motivates warehouse operators to meet workflow and production targets. The role coordinates material movement, inventory, shipping and receiving, safety, and quality while training employees and addressing operational issues that could affect productivity or production continuity.

What you'll do

• Lead warehouse activities including picking parts, shipping, receiving, inventory, sorting, scrap, and cycle counting
• drive safety, quality, and productivity goals
• recommend and help implement process improvements
• review incoming material orders and pick tickets
• use order pickers, pallet jacks, or forklifts to move materials
• deliver items to loading areas or trucks
• unload trucks and stock inventory
• communicate unfinished or urgent tasks to the next shift
• maintain attendance records
• evaluate performance and provide feedback
• enforce safety standards, policies, and SOPs
• onboard and cross-train employees
• troubleshoot production or equipment issues.
