Change Management Lead (OCM)

The Change Management Lead is a remote role with travel to Columbus, Ohio, for three onsite days every three weeks; the posting also specifies onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in Columbus. Compensation is $100–$110 per hour. The role supports the NiSource Customer Program, an enterprise customer transformation initiative focused on common business practices, processes, and technology. This lead directs organizational change management strategy and execution, guiding change resources and coordinating with business and IT leaders, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders. The work builds understanding and commitment, addresses resistance, and supports readiness and end-user adoption across the program.

What you'll do

• Lead change strategy, plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption measurement
• identify impacts, risks, resistance, and mitigation actions
• coordinate with business and IT teams, consultants, and vendors
• lead and coach OCM resources
• track deliverables, risks, readiness, and adoption
• prepare governance and leadership reporting
• support deployment and stabilization.
