• Analyze business processes

• prepare and execute tests
• provide Tier 2/3 support and root-cause analysis
• administer applications, security, and permissions
• support databases, reporting, and server environments
• manage SSL certificates
• address application security vulnerabilities
• lead complex projects and mentor less experienced staff.
