The Hawaiian Activities Associate role is onsite in Kailua-Kona, HI, and pays $20 per hour. This temporary position runs August 28 through November 20, 2026, with work Tuesday through Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Compensation is $20 per hour. Travel + Leisure Co. works to create vacation experiences for travelers worldwide. The associate plans and leads resort activities, supports guests in the activity center, and helps operate activity areas such as lei making, hula classes, and arts and crafts. The role contributes to guest enjoyment and safe, well-run recreational programming.

What you'll do

• Create, plan, and execute guest activity programs
• monitor, supervise, and assist guests in the activity center
• promote and register guests for activities
• inspect activity areas
• manage a cash bank when applicable
• complete required training
• and respond promptly to safety issues and incidents.
