Founding Pilates Instructor

The Founding Pilates Instructor role is onsite in Omaha, NE, at the studio planned for 180 & Maple. Compensation is $30–$45 per class plus attendance-based bonuses, and $20–$30 per hour for training and meetings. The instructor will help open BODYBAR Pilates’ first Nebraska studio. The instructor leads form-focused classes using the BODYBAR method, guides members through safe movement, and helps build a welcoming studio community. The role supports member experience and the studio’s launch and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method
• provide movement cues and modifications
• answer member questions about studio policies and promotions
• secure class substitutes promptly
• connect with members before, during, and after class
• complete and pass the instructor training program.
