Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement packages
• prepare and record recurring and adjusting journal entries
• reconcile bank accounts
• maintain lease accounting and fixed-asset schedules
• process vendor invoices and payments
• maintain vendor records and prepare annual 1099 filings
• prepare payroll runs in BambooHR
• review employee expense reports in SAP Concur
• support audits and tax filings
• back up customer order entry and payment processing
• assist with Sunshine Reporting, compliance training, QAD system improvements, and ad hoc projects.
