Maintenance Lead

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop industrial maintenance technicians
• coordinate staffing and maintenance schedules
• provide technical guidance on mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues
• assist with troubleshooting and repairs
• prioritize breakdown response and planned maintenance
• coordinate equipment-status communication across shifts
• oversee preventive maintenance
• review and audit SAP work orders
• identify skill gaps and arrange training
• support recruiting and performance management
• monitor maintenance metrics
• promote safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout.
