The Registered Nurse, PDR As Needed role is onsite in Superior, MT, and pays $37.50–$50.00 per hour. The nurse supports the Missoula Community Health Services team in providing patient care and responding to Emergency Room patients during assigned shifts. The role exists to support medical providers and promote patient care and safety. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, develops and implements care plans, provides treatments and education, and collaborates with the care team to support patients across care settings.

What you'll do

• Assess and monitor patient health, including vital signs and medical history
• develop and implement individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• perform clinical procedures such as spinal taps and ostomy care
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• educate and support patients and families regarding discharge planning and ongoing care
• maintain accurate electronic health records
• respond to Emergency Room patients during assigned shifts.
