What you'll do

• Gather and update patient information and vital signs
• perform clinician-directed medication or vaccine administration, screenings, specimen collection, and procedure support
• refill medications per protocol
• complete and document clinical records
• maintain equipment and supplies
• assist with outreach and scheduling
• coordinate care with specialties and community resources
• and maintain confidentiality.

Why this role
