What you'll do

• Assist with cost estimates across project phases
• perform material and quantity takeoffs
• analyze drawings for scope, constructability, and cost impacts
• develop bid packages and solicit and track subcontractor and supplier bids
• compare proposals
• maintain project files
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs
• compile estimates and proposals
• use pre-engineered metal building pricing and ordering software.
