What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, parking facility users, and staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and parking concerns
• document observations and communicate with appropriate personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking garages, lots, access points, payment areas, and perimeter
• monitor vehicle and pedestrian activity
• report unusual conditions and policy violations
• assist with traffic flow and parking operations as directed.
