What you'll do

• Plan and deliver individualized Montessori lessons
• prepare and maintain an organized classroom with age-appropriate materials
• observe and assess children’s progress and adapt instruction
• guide independence, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth
• communicate with parents and guardians
• mentor assistant teachers and aides
• collaborate with school leadership on Montessori philosophy and program standards.
