What you'll do

• Maintain financial records for construction projects
• monitor costs, revenue, profitability, and budgets
• prepare profitability reports and variance analyses
• review labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor, and other costs
• prepare progress, milestone, time-and-material, and AIA billings
• track change orders and retainage
• support revenue recognition and WIP reporting
• monitor receivables and collections
• support project closeout and audits
• comply with GAAP and company accounting policies.
