Batching Team Member

The Batching Team Member role is onsite in Verona, Virginia. What you'll do

• Set up ingredient preparation and batching areas
• prepare, inspect, wash, size-reduce, and portion raw materials
• label and stage ingredients
• operate processing equipment with supervision
• assist with sanitation and equipment breakdown after product changeovers and shifts
• prepare and review food safety, quality, and production records
• follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices
• work with the team to meet production timelines.
