What you'll do

• Lead Chapter 11 cases for debtors, creditors’ committees, and fiduciaries
• handle asset sales, cash collateral and financing disputes, claims disputes, and plan negotiations
• manage bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, contested hearings, and trials as needed
• advise clients on options and risks
• and develop a practice with firm support.
